Ante-natal Pilates

Pilates overall toning and stretching programme keeps mums-to-
be in shape for the whole 9 months helping them to maintain
muscle tone and flexibility throughout. The Pilates Method
postural emphasis gives expectant mothers the awareness to
prevent the loss of good alignment which can lead to lower back
pain and sciatica. The exercises which focus on the pelvic area
can help prevent irritating complaints such as stress incontinence.
Classes are small (max 8) so you can be certain you are getting
the individual attention you need to work out safely.

Fitball

A fun and demanding all-round workout. 30 minutes of
heart-racing cardio-vascular (aerobic) moves
accompanied by music, followed by 30 minutes of
challenging toning, stretching and stability exercises
using the unstable qualities of the ball.
Body Sculptor

The class is designed to create greater strength and
definition in your muscles, particularly in the famous
"problem" areas! This full hour of toning includes
squats and lunges, exercises with weights and other
resistance equipment and some serious abdominal
work.
Iyengar Yoga

The yoga class is suitable for all ages and abilities whether
beginners or those with some experience. It will develop
strength and flexibility, improve posture, release tension and
assist relaxation. For those who are injured or a little stiff, props
such as belts and blankets are used to help students achieve
poses and still maintain balance and alignment.
